About Annica R.
Hagadorn, Principle
Instructor for A. R.
H. Consulting.
Annica Hagadorn has
16+ years experience
in law enforcement.
Her past assignments
have included
corrections,
communications/
dispatch, court
security, and patrol
services. Currently
she is a
Sacramento County Sheriff’s
Lieutenant
assigned as a Watch
Commander to Patrol
Services.
Ms. Hagadorn’s
has conducted sexual harassment,
workplace violence prevention
and discrimination prevention
seminars for hundreds of
employees employed by California
public agencies.
She is a POST certified
instructor. The Sexual
Harassment Prevention course is
a four hour P.O.S.T. and S.T.C.
certified course. Ms. Hagadorn
has provided the training to
bring the Sacramento County
Sheriff's supervisory staff as
well as other CA law enforcement
agencies into compliance with
AB1825. She
has presented
Designer Drug Safety
and Awareness
seminars to law
enforcement, school
administrators,
teachers, school
security staff,
students and
professional
associations.
